Mental Health Support Geelong

Many mental health issues can be confusing and misunderstood. At Lifeline Geelong we have resources that provide information on a range of issues you or someone you know may be suffering from. Our 24 hour, 7 day a week telephone crisis support service can help with any concerns you have or are experiencing by providing advice and support. We also have a range of online fact sheets and tool kits that can provide information on:

  • Depression
  • Suicide prevention
  • Anxiety
  • Caring for people with a mental illness

At Lifeline we believe the first step in managing stress is to acknowledge it exists. Thinking positive thoughts is also important. Seeking help for depression is important as in Australia up to one in six males and one in four women will experience depression at some stage of their lives.

Contact Lifeline Geelong Barwon Region for more information or call our 13 11 14 number anytime.
